In his lecture titled “Let’s Lay the Past on the Table,” architect and academician Bernard Desmoulin will share his vision of contemporary architecture that respects our heritage.

This will be an exclusive meeting with a renowned professional who specializes in the restoration and expansion of historic monuments. In charge of the renovation and expansion of the Musée de l’Annonciade, he will present his museum projects: from his first collaboration with I.M. PEI on the Louvre Pyramid, to the Matisse Museum in Cambrai, the Museum of Decorative Arts, and even projects abroad, such as the Grand Salon d’Honneur at the Villa Medici, among others… He will focus on explaining how he approaches and carries out the renovation of historic sites while preserving their heritage and surroundings.
