Come and take part in the Course du Soleil in La Londe les Maures. An unmissable event for all runners on semi-natural courses.
The 41st Course du Soleil will take place on Friday 3 July 2026!
Two routes are proposed: 5 km and 10 km. The 5 km route will allow you to discover the area around Londais. The 10 km route to enjoy the seaside.
Starting simultaneously at 8.15pm for both distances, you'll have around 2 km to test your fitness and choose your final distance.
The start and finish will be on avenue Georges-Clemenceau.
Runners will be issued with numbers with electronic chips for individual timing.
- Registration:
Online at chronosport.fr with number collection on race day from 5.30pm to 8pm, place Charles-Camoin.
In Terre de Running shops, with immediate collection of race numbers from 01/03/2026 until 02/07/2026 (5pm). Payment by cheque only to "association course du soleil":

- Prices:
13 € until 31 May (included)
15 € until 2 July (included)
18 € on the day of the race, Friday 3 July, subject to availability.
- Each participant must be in possession of either:
- an FFA licence (Athlé compétition, Athlé entreprise, Athlé running or a Pass j'aime courir) valid on the date of the event,
- a sports licence, valid on the date of the event, issued by an approved federation only, explicitly stating that there are no contraindications to the practice of athletics in competition, running in competition or sport in competition,
- For all adults, a certificate of completion of the health prevention programme (PPS) : https://pps.athle.fr
The PPS is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Foreign participants must also draw up a PPS for their participation.
- If you are a minor, please provide a health questionnaire completed with a person exercising parental authority. If I have answered "yes" to any of the questions, I will need to provide a medical certificate attesting to the absence of any contraindication to the practice of sport.
- Rewards:
A prize is offered to each participant.
A trophy to the first three men/women overall and a medal to the first man and first woman in each category for each event.
