Come and take part in the Course du Soleil in La Londe les Maures. An unmissable event for all runners on semi-natural courses.
The 41st Course du Soleil will take place on Friday 3 July 2026!
Information 2025:.
Two routes are proposed: 5 km and 10 km. The 5km route will enable you to discover the area around Londais. The 10 km course to enjoy the seaside.
Starting simultaneously at 8.15pm for both distances and you will have around 2 km to test your fitness and choose the final distance.
The start and finish will be on avenue Georges Clemenceau.
Runners will be issued with electronic chip numbers for individual timing.

In Terre de Running shops with immediate collection of race numbers from 17 May to 3 July until 5pm. Payment by cheque only to "association course du soleil":

- Prices:
13 € until 3 June
15 € until 3 July
18 € on the day of the tests on Friday 4 July subject to availability.
- Each participant must be in possession of either:
- an FFA licence (Athlé compétition, Athlé entreprise, Athlé running or a Pass j'aime courir) valid on the date of the event,
- a sports licence, valid on the date of the event, issued by an approved federation only, explicitly stating that there are no contraindications to the practice of athletics in competition, running in competition or sport in competition,
- For any person of legal age, a certificate of completion of the health prevention programme (PPS) less than three months old.

- For minors, a health questionnaire completed with a person exercising parental authority. If I have answered "yes" to any of the questions, I must provide a medical certificate stating that I have no contraindications to practising sport.

A prize is offered to each participant.
A trophy to the first three men/women overall and a medal to the first man and first woman in each category for each event.
