Come and take part in the Course du Soleil in La Londe les Maures. An unmissable event for all runners on semi-natural courses.

The 2027 programme is underway – a look back at the 2026 event: The 41st Course du Soleil will take place on Friday 3 July 2026! Two routes are on offer: 5 km and 10 km. The 5 km route is ideal for exploring the Londais area. The 10 km route lets you enjoy the seaside. Both distances will start simultaneously at 8.15 pm, and you’ll have around 2 km to test your fitness and choose your final distance. The start and finish will be on Avenue Georges-Clemenceau. Runners will be provided with race numbers fitted with electronic chips for individual timing. • Registration: Online at chronosport.fr, with race numbers to be collected on the day of the race from 5.30 pm to 8 pm at Place Charles-Camoin. At Terre de Running shops, with immediate collection of race numbers from 1 March 2026 until 2 July 2026 (5.00 pm). Payment by cheque only, made payable to “Association Course du Soleil”: - 375 Avenue Saint-Just, La Garde - 7 Rue Berthelot, Toulon (04 94 91 66 37). • Entry fees: €13 until 31 May (inclusive) €15 until 2 July (inclusive) €18 on the day of the races, Friday 3 July, subject to availability. • Each participant must hold either: - a valid FFA licence (Athlé compétition, Athlé entreprise, Athlé running or a ‘Pass j’aime courir’) on the date of the event, - a sports licence, valid on the date of the event, issued by an approved federation only, explicitly stating that there are no medical contraindications to participating in competitive athletics, competitive running or competitive sport, - For all adults, a certificate confirming completion of the health prevention programme (PPS): https://pps.athle.fr The PPS is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Foreign participants must also complete a PPS in order to take part. - For all minors, please provide the health questionnaire completed with a person exercising parental authority. If I have answered ‘yes’ to any of the questions, I must provide a medical certificate confirming that there are no contraindications to taking part in sport. • Prizes: Every participant will receive a prize. A trophy will be awarded to the top three men and women overall, and a medal to the first man and first woman in each category for each event. Free parking.
