Discover freediving

If you love water sports and freedom, hold your breath and let yourself slip into the sea. From initiation to improvement, take part in our freediving courses at sea around the Iles d'Hyères. If you'd like to improve your performance using our modern methods, cross caves and tunnels, discover wrecks and drop-offs, Fred and his team welcome you from April to October to share their passion for freediving. "Safety for more pleasure". Espace Apnée aims to set an example when it comes to freediving safety. On the boat, we can install counterweight systems on the 4 workshops equipped with jibs. We give each trainee a role to play in ensuring the safety of freedivers. We train from beginner to monitor, through themed courses.
