The CLOWN POWER festival is back for its 6th edition! Get ready to be moved, shaken up… and above all, to laugh out loud. A true rejuvenating experience awaits you, as clowns take over the stage: with or without noses, performing solo, in duos, or in trios, with or without hair… they all share one mission: to shake up your everyday life. The clown is a poet of chaos. A clumsy yet endearing creature who invites us to see the world through the eyes of a child. He reveals the fragility of life, our inability to control everything… and transforms this chaos into bursts of contagious laughter. Let yourself be swept away by this joyful chaos. They’re here for you—enjoy it! Clown Power is a festival conceived and organized by the team at the Gorgomar theater company, with support from public authorities. Clown Power is also made possible by an extraordinary team of volunteers, without whom the festival could not achieve such scale, such a strong local presence, or this joyful atmosphere. The Clown Power festival blends genres and creates connections between different audiences and artists. We feature companies that have won our hearts—those we’ve met during our tours, discovered at festivals, or found through our network of partners.
