When a simple bourgeois struggles to gain access to high society and imitate the nobility, pretence swirls, intrigue arises, tutors come and go and misunderstandings ensue... Turks invite themselves, marriages are arranged, vowels and consonants are disputed in a waltz of powdered wigs and flamboyant costumes. We are fortunate to have an exceptional setting where binoculars and other accessories are superfluous... In fact, the rounded shape of the tier and the open stage design avoid blind spots, allowing everyone to enjoy the show without turning their heads. The distribution of speakers guarantees good acoustics.
