As part of the Festival Musical Arbanais.
A solo pianist with the Orchestre de l'Opéra National de Paris for many years, JEAN-YVES SEBILLOTTE has performed the operatic repertoire under the direction of such great conductors as Pierre Boulez, Christof von Dohnanyi, Zubin Mehta, Seiji Osawa, Georges Prêtre and Esa-Pekka Salonen, and has taken part in orchestral tours and recordings with Myung-Whun Chung and Philippe Jordan, as well as in several premieres. He has appeared as soloist in numerous ballet performances, with choreographies by George Balanchine, Maurice Béjart, John Neumeier, Roland Petit and Jerome Robbins. At a gala at the Palais Garnier, he performed Stravinsky's Capriccio with the Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra. He performs both in France and abroad (Europe, China, United States, United Arab Emirates), in recital, in chamber music, with the soloists of the Orchestre de l'Opéra National de Paris, and with singers including Alexandre Duhamel, Françoise Pollet and Karen Vourc'h. Concerts in museums and galleries, such as the Musée d'Orsay in Paris, the Atelier Grognard in Rueil-Malmaison and those in Brussels, Bucharest and Cluj. SYLVAIN LE PROVOST is a French double-bass player who graduated from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where he was unanimously awarded first prize in double bass. He was admitted to the Conservatoire de Versailles after winning unanimous gold medals in cello and double bass. Since 2006, he has taught double bass at the Versailles Conservatoire. Sylvain le Provost is a soloist at the Paris Opera and a teacher at the Conservatoire National de Montreuil. RENÉ BENEDETTI won first prize at the Conservatoire national de Paris in music theory, harmony and cello chamber music. He began his career in a string quartet, playing at the Olympia, where he accompanied Edith Piaf, Johnny Halliday, Jacques Brel and Charles Aznavour. He joined the orchestra of the Société des concerts du Conservatoire as 3rd solo cello, then the Orchestre de la Garde Républicaine. At the creation of the Orchestre de Paris as 2nd solo cello. Leaves the Orchestre de Paris for the Opéra national de Paris, where he holds the position of 1st soloist for 30 years, at the same time holding the position of 1st soloist at the Colonne concerts. He also teaches at the Conservatoire National de Montreuil.
