At the Four communal ( Four de Louis ), the traditional festival of the tourte saorgienne takes place as every year.
Programme
10 am: pie workshop
11 a.m.: Baking in an old-fashioned wood-fired oven by Jacky, Saorge's last remaining baker
12 noon: pie tasting and aperitif
Entertainment organised by the Comité des Fêtes in Saorgian costume and the Saorge brass band.
