Description
Les Festins de Mai celebrates spring, nature and renewal through a festive tradition inherited from the Romans.
Its origins lie in the "mai", a decorated pine tree around which people danced to celebrate nature's fertility.
Revived in Nice in 1962 at Cimiez, this popular festival brings together dancing, singing, entertainment and Nice specialities.
