Its privileged location in the heart of the Miramar port means you can enjoy the beaches, port and shops on foot. The town centre is just 5 minutes away by car. The villa is on 2 levels (ground floor and first floor). It offers a relaxing stay for all the family. On the ground floor is the entrance hall where you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space. On the first floor, you will find a lounge area with a sofa bed (2x80x200) and a TV, a bedroom with a double bed (160x190), a TV and its dressing room (iron and ironing board) and a bathroom with bath, washbasin and storage space, and separate WC. On the same level is an open-plan kitchen (gas hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto Krups coffee machine, fridge-freezer, toaster), with a dining area and a veranda with bay windows leading onto a terrace with a magnificent sea view, equipped with an awning and 2 deckchairs. The accommodation is not safe for children under 7 years of age (no safety gates for the stairs). Possibility of renting the lower part of the villa for 6 people.
