The center's philosophy is based on well-being, relaxation and well-being. Accessible to all from the age of 10, Apnea Riviera offers baptisms and courses for all levels, from beginners to advanced. It has a specially-developed curriculum for beginners, with a caring approach that favors human-sized groups of no more than three students per instructor. To complete the experience, the center also offers stretching, breathing and guided meditation sessions, as well as palm-trekking in the heart of the Villefranche harbor.
