Our specialty is raclette, featuring mainly our own cheeses paired with Italian charcuterie of verified and certified origin.
Fondue is also our pride and joy, and this year it’s served with locally sourced porcini mushrooms for a delicious twist.
You’ll find wines from small-scale producers and seasonal vegetables to go with your meal, including red or white potatoes.
Please note that the La Vacherie store at the resort is open only during the winter season.
Outside of school breaks, the store is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. During school breaks, it is open 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
