Our apartment is situated on the 3rd floor (4th floor US way) of a residence dating from the early 1900s. One view is of the sea & a lovely park, and the other is of the French Alps. This makes the apartment quite bright, with a gentle evening breeze, especially during the hot summer months so air-conditioning is not necessary. The windows are double glazed to protect from outside noise.

From the living room, you will enjoy both the turquoise sea and the summits of the Alps. As day turns...
