





Charming and calm, sunny 1-bedroom apt with two beautiful views: the Mediterranean Sea & French Alps, 20m from beaches, nearby shops and restaurants.
Our apartment is situated on the 3rd floor (4th floor US way) of a residence dating from the early 1900s. One view is of the sea & a lovely park, and the other is of the French Alps. This makes the apartment quite bright, with a gentle evening breeze, especially during the hot summer months so air-conditioning is not necessary. The windows are double glazed to protect from outside noise.
From the living room, you will enjoy both the turquoise sea and the summits of the Alps. As day turns into night, you are treated to
spectacular views of the sun and the sea. Our balcony offers the possibility of enjoying meals outdoors on a table with chairs perfect for relaxing at breakfast or in the evening. The awning will protect from midday sun. The bedroom offers a brand-new queen-size bed for comfort. You also will enjoy beautiful vistas from the bed, including the private tiny park of the residence and its exotic plants, as well as the town Elisee Reclus Park. There is also a small desk in the bedroom. The kitchen, facing north, is well equipped with a dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, microwave, regular oven, and induction plate.
However, we warn you that you will love the nearby restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores as they are just a few steps away, so you may not do a lot of cooking. The bathroom has been entirely remodeled, with a brand-new shower, sink, furniture, and mirror. The WC is separate from the rest of the bathroom, European style. You need to go through the bedroom to reach the bathroom and the WC. There is a laundromat conveniently
located half a block away for laundry service. It is a two minute walk to the Promenade du Soleil, visible from our balcony accross the park, one of the many beaches of Menton. It is a ten
minute walk to the ‘rue pietonne‘ and fifteen minute walk from the famous Menton market place. In addition, there are several restaurants and convenient stores close by.
The Menton train station is about 700 meters away. Commuting from the Nice airport by train is convenient, fast, and inexpensive. Please feel free to contact us if you need information. There is no parking in the residence, so we suggest you rent a parking space directly on interparking.fr in case you ned one. The closest parkings are named Georges V or St Roch. Check-ins on appointment only, 7/7, 4-8pm.
