Weather always very clement with over 317 days/year of sunshine! ! Year-round rental possible, as this studio benefits from reversible air conditioning with heating. The small village of La Capte is less than 500m away, where you'll find all the shops and services you need (bakery, patisserie, delicatessen, butcher, fruit shop, stationery-press, small 'Casino' supermarket, clothes stores, souvenirs, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, several restaurants, bar-café, etc.). Bicycle and boat rental. La Capte harbor is 400 m away, Hyères harbor 3 km. The departure point for visits to the islands is 2 km away at 'La Tour Fondue', which you can reach by bus. The bus stop is 100 m from the studio. A thalassotherapy center is 50m away. All administrative procedures (contract signature, balance payment, tourist tax payments, check-in, check-out, inventory of fixtures, etc.) are managed and organized by the "Vue mer" agency in La Capte, at no extra charge. The agency is entirely at your disposal, at no extra cost, for the duration of your stay. Tourist tax (€1.30/day/adult, free for children under 18). A cleaning fee (60€) and administration fee (12€) are charged for the stay. The 800€ deposit is not debited on arrival, but is returned to you a fortnight after your stay (if there is no damage). Rentals are from "Saturday to Saturday" in full week, no possibility of granting rentals in nights or incomplete weeks or "straddling 2 weeks". Only midweek rentals may be accepted, subject to the conditions specified below. Midweek' only with owner's approval for months out of season, school vacations and public holidays, with arrival on Wednesday or Thursday and departure on Saturday lunchtime. Bicycle hire at €25/day (contract with deposit).
