From the Château des Terrasses to the coastal path and the Mala district, discover the Belle Epoque heritage for which the town is famous.

Your guide will welcome you at the Château des Terrasses, an Italian-style villa where the Russian imperial family once stayed. You’ll then head to the Mala neighborhood, where you’ll discover sumptuous villas and lush gardens—summer retreats for many celebrities and a testament to Cap d’Ail’s prestigious past. This tour will take you to Villa les Camélias, a local history museum that houses numerous artifacts and photographs dating from the late 19th century, as well as the collection of the painter Ramiro Arrue. Temporary exhibitions are frequently held there. Tours are conducted in French from September through June, with a minimum of 4 participants.
