The tour follows the gradual transformation of a fishing pond into a saltworks, and explains how salt was harvested and processed for over a hundred years. The tour covers the trades of yesteryear, salt-related traditions and crystal formation. Along the way, the natural wealth of the site is revealed, with the possible presence of migratory or sedentary birds.
