Description
European Heritage Days — September 19 and 20, 2026
Since 1984, the European Heritage Days have made it possible to open buildings and spaces—some of which are usually hidden from view—to the general public and encourage people to step inside places that are normally off-limits.
These special days offer an opportunity to discover heritage in all its forms: administrative buildings, religious structures, military fortresses, historic monuments, gardens, and even artisans’ workshops, among others.
So on September 19 and 20, come explore the itineraries of this 43rd edition, whose theme this year is architectural heritage.
