Description
The Festin des Cougourdons, born at the end of the XIXᵉ century in Cimiez, celebrates the cucurbits once sold in front of the monastery.
These "cougourdons" are transformed into decorative objects, utensils or musical instruments.
The festival marks the return of spring with entertainment, music, dancing and Niçoise specialities in a convivial atmosphere.
