Charming house in the heart of a domain with a 1600m² water park, including a wave pool with geysers. A 25-hectare natural area overlooking the Mediterranean, with multisports pitches and a playground available on site.

In the secure Restanques estate, "La Gibeline" offers accommodation just a 5-minute drive from the nearest beach, in a 25-hectare wooded park with several outdoor pools open in season, a heated pool until November 5, 2023, a restaurant and a mini-market open from April to the end of September.

It has private parking in front of the house, a terrace and a shady garden closed by a gate. Its location in the center of the estate, immediately below the main aquatic area, is appreciated by all.

Free activities: 3 swimming pools (one with waves), paddling pools, jacuzzi, 3 tennis courts, 1 multisports field, 2 beach volleyball courts, fitness area, children's playground, table tennis, pétanque, entertainment in July and August.

The house offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master bedroom with TV, bathroom, dressing room and balcony, both with views over the garden and as far as Saint-Tropez, a living room with TV opening onto the terrace and garden, a bathroom and a shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, etc.), a separate toilet on each floor.

You'll also benefit from free WiFi, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and an outdoor plancha to complement the garden table and lounge.
