Description
"Le Bal des Temps Croisés" is a participatory choreographic performance that invites the audience to take part in a collective experience blending elements of traditional dance with contemporary choreography.
This dance party follows a simple progression: starting with familiar movements that anyone can do, and gradually evolving them into a freer, more contemporary dance. Guided by four professional dancers and a DJ, participants are never mere spectators—they gradually become active participants in the movement. Here, folklore is viewed as a living art form—a starting point for building connections and sparking the imagination. The Bal des Temps Croisés creates a space for sharing where, for the duration of a dance, differences fade away to make way for a collective, vibrant experience accessible to all. Featuring the participation of some members of Espace Magnan as part of a process of passing on knowledge.
