Michelin-starred Chef Yoric Tièche offers a revisiting of great Provencal classics with a contemporary touch of nearby Mediterranean influences. Menus change with the seasons, using the best local produce and seasoned with herbs and spices from the garden. A musical atmosphere is offered in summer on the terraces of this exceptional site. The restaurant's wine list, with some 600 references, is simply exceptional.
