Description
This is the story of Abezou'ch, a little boy who lives alone with his grandmother Gazella on the edge of the desert. All his family have left for the city. Overwhelmed by grief, he discovers one day that his shadow is in the shape of a bird.
Distraught at first, he tried to hide it. But every evening, as night approached, the bird's shadow grew thicker. One night, it begins to fly...
Moved by the power of her writing, Muriel Mayette-Holtz commissioned author Anne Sibran to write a text for a young audience. Convinced that a show for young audiences should be full of mysteries, together they imagined a subtle and sensitive piece, full of shadows and silhouettes.
