The house, with over 140 square meters of living space on 2 levels: first floor and garden level, features :
- a dining room (table over 1.70m and 2m with the two 30cm extensions) & living room (equipped with TV) with open stone fireplace,
- a closed kitchen with French windows opening onto the terrace with a small table and another terrace under the fig tree (large table) equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils,
- bathroom (washbasin and bath),
- separate toilet.

The five bedrooms are divided as follows:
- Rose Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild" room (garden level): master suite with 160cm bed, shower, washbasin and toilet; chest of drawers; French window overlooking garden and pool,
- Chambre "Bleue Cannes" (first floor) bed 140, closet, window on garden and French window on terrace,
- Chambre "Violette Tourrettes-sur-Loup" (first floor): 160cm bed, dressing table, window onto garden,
- Chambre "jaune Mimosa Le Tanneron" (garden level): small room including a bathroom separated by a door (sink and toilet) with trundle bed (two 90cm beds), chest of drawers, French window onto garden,
- Chambre "verte Feuillage & Jasmin Grasse" (first floor) with two 90cm beds, two closets, window on hillside.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside space includes :
- a 1000m2 garden with fruit trees: orange, lemon, persimmon, kumquat, cherry, medlar, fig, etc. or decorative olive, palm and rose trees,
- 7 x 3 m gated swimming pool (sloping, over 2 m deep on one side, with steps on the other), sun loungers, covered terrace, barbecue.
Electric gate and indoor parking (five cars).
Gardener and pool attendant included in rent.
Access to the garden-level laundry room, equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer (iron and ironing board also available). As soon as you book, we'll send you your local contact details. Don't delay in booking!

Our service company (concierge, housekeeping, garden and pool maintenance), based nearby, will take care of our guests' every need: checking the house prior to your arrival, inventory of fixtures, provision of tourist information, coffee and tea, and all the amenities to welcome you!

The villa is located in a privileged and typical Grasse neighborhood: Grasse Sainte Anne, 4 km from Grasse city center and 1 km from neighboring Peymeinade. Grasse, the Perfume Capital of the World (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2019), boasts a 15 km coastline protected by the foothills of the Alps to the rear.
Its location is therefore ideal for discovering the "FRENCH RIVIERA": the bay of Cannes, its croisette and Sainte Marguerite island, its authentic Provencal villages nearby (Cabris) and typical Tourette sur loup (and its violet), Gordon and its gorges, the Saint-Cassien lake (pedal boats, kayaks), or Nice and its old town: the villages of Menton, Eze and majestic sites such as La Villa Kérylos or La Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild (Beaulieu-sur-Mer - Villefranche sur mer).
Family hikes or walks can be organized, and there's a 10-minute walk from the house to the peaceful, verdant Siagne Canal (for strolling, jogging).
