On the ground floor, you’ll find a pleasant living and dining area with a flat-screen TV, opening directly onto a beautiful 20 m² south-facing terrace. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. Please note that Nespresso capsules are not provided. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms. The first features a king-size bed (180 cm), while the second offers a double bed (140 cm). Each bedroom has its own private shower room with WC, providing extra comfort and privacy. The main bedroom also opens onto a spacious 20 m² south-facing balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine or unwind at the end of the day. For a relaxing and hassle-free stay, the house is equipped with air conditioning, electric heating, a washing machine, and free Wi-Fi, as well as one private parking space. Outdoor furniture and two sun loungers are also available, allowing you to make the most of the beautiful Mediterranean weather. An Ideal Location to Explore the French Riviera The house enjoys a fantastic location, just 400 metres from the centre of the charming village of Grimaud. Shops, a bakery, restaurants, bars, and local amenities are all within easy reach, while the property remains in a მშვიდ and pleasant residential setting. The sea and sandy beaches are only around 7 km away, with Port Grimaud also easily accessible. From here, you can explore some of the French Riviera’s most iconic destinations, including Saint-Tropez (12 km), Sainte-Maxime (13 km), and the famous Pampelonne beaches (19 km). Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts can also explore the beautiful Massif de l’Estérel, while golfers will appreciate the nearby 18-hole golf course.
