Les Ouvreurs work in the film industry and organize the Rencontres In&Out, a queer film festival in Nice, every April.

Les Ouvreur·es, founded in 2009, work to promote queer cultures and prevent LGBT+phobic discrimination. The association organizes film events: the In&Out festivals in Nice since 2009, in Cannes since 2012, and in Toulon (a biennial event since 2020), in addition to the monthly Nice-based film club Gender Trouble (since 2023). It also works in schools within the Nice Academy and, in collaboration with the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolitan Tourist Office, offers training sessions for tourism professionals to ensure they provide a welcoming environment for LGBTQIA+ visitors and obtain the "Nice Rainbow Côte d'Azur" label.
