Bedrooms The villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all facing south and enjoying beautiful sea views: Master suite with a 160 cm bed, private bathroom and dressing room. Double bedroom with a 160 cm bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Flexible twin bedroom with two 80 cm beds that can be joined together to create a 160 cm bed. Independent studio with a 160 cm bed and private bathroom, ideal for providing additional privacy for a couple or family member. Living spaces The spacious and light-filled living room features generous white leather sofas with chaise longues, creating a welcoming setting for convivial gatherings and moments of relaxation. The dining area opens seamlessly onto the outdoors through a large, fully retractable glass wall. It offers spectacular views over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and allows you to fully enjoy the natural light and breathtaking scenery. The fully equipped kitchen extends to an outdoor summer kitchen with an electric plancha grill and pizza oven, perfect for enjoying delicious meals al fresco. For movie nights and relaxing evenings, the home cinema room is equipped with a Samsung Smart TV projector and a large 2.20 m × 1.25 m screen. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy a dedicated gym equipped with an elliptical trainer, exercise bike, rowing machine and Swedish wall bars. Swimming pool The 8 m × 4 m mosaic swimming pool is fitted with a secure Abrisud telescopic enclosure, allowing it to be fully covered or uncovered. This system makes it possible to enjoy the pool throughout the year while generally maintaining a water temperature around 5°C warmer than that of an uncovered pool. Teak sun loungers with cushions and parasols naturally invite you to unwind around the pool and make the most of the Mediterranean sunshine.
