A family-run restaurant since 1962. Modern gourmet cuisine inspired by seasonal produce. A menu that changes with the seasons.

Specialities: - Starters: seasonal produce such as asparagus, artichokes, scallops, foie gras... - Main courses: Sisteron lamb roasted with wild thyme, sweetbreads, Dombes duckling, fish from our local fishing grounds - Desserts: Baba soaked in 8-year-old Ron Santiago, Arlette mille-feuille, dark chocolate fondant with Madagascan vanilla ice cream, crunchy almond and apricot tuile, strawberry pavlova... A Provençal mansion combining modernity and authenticity. A warm welcome. Gourmet cuisine featuring seasonal produce. An excellent wine list featuring wines from across France, sourced primarily from family-run vineyards.
