With an incomparable view of the harbor, the pink stones of the old town, the bell tower and the glittering yachts in the background, L'OPERA offers a refined blend of exceptional gastronomy and artistic shows that follow one another on the podium tables, like an improvised stage. Its white & gold decor, with a central bar and a vast shaded terrace, is adorned each year with glamorous new works by artist Philippe Shangti.
The menu unveils a world cuisine with Mediterranean accents, sublimated by exceptional products: caviars, King Crab, prestigious meats rub shoulders with wild Mediterranean fish and signature desserts, conceived as visual compositions.
Each season, L'OPERA creates a new program, featuring new shows and international artists, inspired by Philippe Shangti's 2026 "Luxury Futuristic World" collection.
