Valérie Meilland I'm passionate about well-being and the quest for harmony and balance. For as long as I can remember, I have felt a deep need to accompany others towards a gentle interlude, a space where body and mind can finally relax. After many years of working in demanding professional environments, I realized that my true vocation lay elsewhere: in caring, listening and a gentle touch. Training in various massage and energy treatments became an obvious choice. Each technique I've learned (Reïki, different massages, Head Spa...) has enabled me to refine my approach and offer each person a unique moment, adapted to their needs.
