Maison Manou is the story of two friends, Aude and Maëlle, who wanted to create a place on the French Riviera that reflected who they are: generous, joyful, and sincere.

A place where people come just as much for a coffee overlooking the sea as to share a casserole of Manou’s famous chicken with the family—whether for a quick lunch or a brunch that stretches until sunset. Bistronomic on the plate, Mediterranean in spirit, this spot cultivates that extra touch of soul that makes all the difference: fresh ingredients, precise cooking, homemade recipes—and that terrace opening onto the horizon that transforms every meal into a little slice of the French Riviera.
