As a passionate dietician and sophrologist, I can offer you personalised support in looking after your well-being, your health and your illnesses.

I work with children, teenagers and adults. After 10 years' experience in hospitals and rehabilitation centres, I have been enriched by the different departments in which I have worked: medicine, diabetology, cardiology, digestive-metabolic-endocrine, maternity, paediatrics and geriatrics. In 2018 I am training in Food and Mindfulness and in 2021 in Sophrology in order to broaden my professional knowledge and my care combining food and emotions. To date, I provide dietetic support for : - a balanced diet - being overweight - obesity - diabetes - cardiovascular disease - digestive disorders - undernutrition - pregnancy monitoring - food allergies - eating disorders In relaxation therapy I help you to manage: - stress and anxiety - self-confidence - preparation for a competition or exam - pain - preparation for childbirth - fears and phobias
