The tasting and sales cellar of Domaine Clos Mirages Following the opening of its restaurant "Mirages à la Plage" in Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, Domaine Clos Mirages continues its development with Maison Mirages, a new wine tourism destination in Gassin.

Housed in a fully renovated building, Maison Mirages brings together several worlds centered around wine and gastronomy: -Tasting and sales of organic wines from Domaine Clos Mirages; -A wine bar offering a selection of wines from Provence and other French regions, served by the glass or by the bottle, accompanied by charcuterie and cheese platters, Provençal tapas, and a daily special; -A delicatessen showcasing local products carefully selected from artisans and producers in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. -Eventually, a half-hectare experimental vineyard will complete the site. This new space will be dedicated to educational workshops focused on AOP Côtes de Provence grape varieties and vineyard work. Located in La Môle, Domaine Clos Mirages is a 15-hectare, family-owned organic winery. It also offers vineyard tours, tastings, and accommodations in the heart of the vines, inviting visitors to experience the terroir of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez in a whole new way.
