At the table, the show begins. Live cooking, meats flambéed before your eyes, sharing platters, signature cocktails… The front-of-house team brings every service to life with energy, flair, and a refined sense of hospitality. In the kitchen, Chef Valérian Mangione crafts a sun-drenched menu inspired by the Mediterranean and exceptional ingredients. Crudo bar, dry-aged cuts, wild-caught fish, caviar… Timeless classics meet refined creations that elevate each moment. As the evening sets in, the atmosphere rises with it — thanks to a vibrant musical program and immersive live performances that turn your dinner into a full sensory experience. Warm, attentive service is part of the spectacle. Here, every moment matters, and every detail is designed to make your senses come alive Lunch service: 1st service: between 12:00 and 12:30 pm 2nd service: between 1:30 and 2:00 pm Diner service 1st service: between 8:00 and 8:30 pm 2nd service: between 10:00 and 10:30 pm Dinner service is only available from May to the end of September. From October to the end of April, the beach remains open duraing the day only.
