Description

This museum is housed in a historical monument located in the old part of town. Both the Romanesque Church and the museum are historic and cultural jewels.
The archaeological museum features a medieval church and a department of underwater archaeology and prehistory. Come discover the secrets of the medieval church by exploring its archaeological crypts, where 2,000 years of history unfold before your eyes. Underwater archaeology immerses you in the depths of Roman shipwrecks laden with amphorae. The top two floors are dedicated to prehistory, from the Paleolithic era with its bifaces to the Neolithic era with its menhirs. Tour duration: approximately 2 hours Combined ticket with the Louis de Funès Museum: €8.
