Japanese-inspired gastronomy, precise and contemporary, subtly tinged with the Mediterranean, where raw ingredients and fire meet - delicate cuts, binchōtan cooking, local produce and seasonal vegetables are perfectly expressed. At dusk, in a décor of dark wood, natural materials and vegetal prints, around a central bar with rounded lines dressed in green marble, the atmosphere intensifies. Between the bar and the tables, everything comes to life - cocktails mingle with plates, conversations stretch out, the first vibrations settle in, and little by little, the pace of the place changes.
