As part of the Rendez-vous de l'olive, take part in two free olive pruning workshops in Breil-sur-Roya. Led by an olive grower-trainer, they combine observation, discussion and hands-on practice.

As part of the "Les Rendez-vous de l'olive" program, we invite you to take part in two olive pruning workshops, specially designed to help you better understand the needs of this emblematic tree and learn how to ensure its good health and production. The workshops will be led by Maxime Schmitt, an olive grower working in Italy and an instructor at the Lycée Horticole d'Antibes. On the program: observation time, exchanges on practices, and practical application directly in the field, in a friendly, educational atmosphere accessible to all, whatever their level. These workshops are part of the Rendez-vous de l'olive, a program co-constructed by the CARF, the CAUE 06 and the Maison du Vivant, aimed at promoting the region's agricultural know-how and living heritage.
