It showcases biotopes representative of Mediterranean flora. Numerous activities are offered throughout the year:
• 7 hectares of greenery in the heart of the city with 2,500 plant species.
• A lake, home to around a hundred birds, ducks, and black swans, reflects the white marble facades of the Asian Arts Museum, designed by Japanese architect Kenzo Tangé.
• One of the largest greenhouses in Europe: "Le Diamant Vert" (The Green Diamond) takes visitors on a journey through six different tropical climates. Visitors will discover several thousand rare plant species such as tree ferns, an orchid collection, and many other plants.
• Other areas are home to crocodiles, exotic birds, and iguanas. A family of ruffed lemurs delights visitors.
• A treetop adventure park (a separate activity for a fee) will delight young and old alike.
