Every year, the Sospel Rural Community Center organizes this big festival: “soupe au pistou,” a soup that brings together all the flavors of the South. A tradition that, we hope, will continue for a very long time to come. Reservations can be made every Thursday (Place des Platanes) and Sunday (Avenue Jean Médecin) at the markets from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. with Claudie.
