Description
The “À Hautes Voix” singing competition is back for its 7th edition.
This competition is open to contestants ages 8 to 22 from all geographic backgrounds who wish to express themselves through various musical styles.
The organization of the contest, carried out by the “À Hautes Voix” association, is shared exclusively among the six member municipalities of the SIVOM of Villefranche-sur-Mer (Beaulieu-sur-Mer; Cap d’Ail; Eze; La Turbie; Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat; Villefranche-sur-Mer).
There will be two age categories:
- Ages 8 to 15
- Ages 16 to 22
The jury will award prizes in the form of cash prizes.
The first prize will be awarded to the overall winner across all categories; the second and third prizes will recognize the winners of each age category; and a fourth prize will be awarded by the audience attending the finals.
To encourage creativity and originality among the contestants, a fifth prize will be awarded.
Additional preliminary rounds will be held in Villefranche-sur-Mer on Friday, October 16.
The competition finals will take place on Saturday, November 7, in Eze.
