For 1h30 to 2h, learn how to transform, preserve and add value to your plant-based foods at my responsible canning workshops in Isola Village. P.S: Don't forget to bring your clean, unlabeled jars.
These hands-on workshops introduce you to the basics of artisanal canning, so you can reduce food waste and make better use of local, seasonal produce. You'll discover simple, accessible techniques for cooking, preserving and extending the shelf life of your food. On the program: know-how transfer, anti-waste tips and natural preservation methods for more sustainable everyday cooking. These convivial moments will enable you to gain autonomy by preparing your own homemade preserves, while valorizing local and natural resources. An ideal workshop for all those who want to cook responsibly, with pleasure and simplicity. Individual or group workshop (max 8pers), ages 9 and up.
