The brainchild of Camille Burle and Thomas Guernion, both graduates of the Ferrandi school, this mountain inn brings together local produce, natural wines and accommodation with a view, in a spirit of simplicity, sharing and authenticity. Their aim: to create a place where food and wine tell the story of the region, without artifice. Originally from the south of France, they trained in Paris before joining some fine establishments: Thomas spent three years at L'Arpège, then at Maison Barale in Nice, where he learned the art of making fresh pasta. Camille, after a stint at Yam'Tcha , took charge of the Lai'Tcha cellar, before deepening her passion for living wines at Le Canon. Discovering the Roya Valley, they fell in love with the building and its surroundings. They decided to make it their home, transforming it into a lifestyle project in keeping with their values of simplicity, taste and connection with nature. At "La Maison de la Pia", every detail counts to provide an exceptional experience. Reservations are required to ensure that every guest receives the utmost attention and impeccable service. Three-course menu, designed with simplicity and respect for the flavors of our producers; served on the terrace, weather permitting, or in our cosy dining room, it offers a moment of authentic gourmet pleasure (drinks and cheese platter not included). Our restaurant invites you to slow down, enjoy the surroundings and savor the richness of our region's produce. Two menus are available, in 4 or 6 courses, designed to bring out the best in our mountains and our producers. - 4 courses: excluding drinks and cheese platter available at extra cost - 6 courses: excluding drinks and including cheese platter.
