Chef Benjamin Bourgoin's philosophy is reflected in his gourmet dishes, based on fresh seasonal produce sourced mainly from local producers. Enjoy the view from the lovely summer terrace by the pool in the heart of a Provencal park. The Cantemerle restaurant is open to local customers and offers themed evenings such as Live Music, a special menu for Mother's and Father's Day, braziers & live music (April to September) which will immerse you in a warm and festive atmosphere... There's also the Cantemerle brunch every last Sunday of the month. Finally, to combine wellbeing and gourmet delights, discover our special offers: cocooning mornings, relaxing lunches, wellbeing bubble days and spas under the stars. These all-day offers include access to the Evasion Nature spa and the outdoor swimming pool, as well as a meal at the Cantemerle restaurant. Brunch every last Sunday of the month.

For dinner:

Brasero every Friday evening from 30 May: €65 excluding drinks.
