Lilou also boasts a wine cellar with over 600 wines available at wine shop prices. The sommelier team assists with selections and suggests pairings tailored to the dishes on the menu. A destination where Mediterranean cuisine and wine culture come together in the heart of Hyères. Throughout the year, the restaurant also organizes culinary events centered on wine and cuisine. Occasional four-handed dinners bring together Chef Paul-Émile Merlin and guest chefs for a unique menu paired with food and wine pairings. Lilou also hosts evenings with winemakers, who present their vintages during meals specially designed to highlight the characteristics of their wines through dedicated pairings.
