Fancy enjoying the sea in a different way? Let yourself be carried away by the energy of the Mediterranean with a Longe Côte session led by the Lily of the Valley Sailing Club. This friendly and accessible activity involves walking in the water, submerged up to your waist or chest, moving forward at the group’s pace. It’s a wonderful way to get some exercise, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy an exceptional setting, set against a backdrop of blue skies and turquoise waters. No need to know how to swim: the activity takes place in a suitable area and is supervised by professionals. A 100% Mediterranean experience Throughout the session, enjoy the benefits of the water, the sun and the sea air whilst discovering the coastline of La Croix-Valmer from a different perspective. Activity organised by the Lily of the Valley Sailing Club, in partnership with the La Croix-Valmer Tourist Office. Meet at the Lily of the Valley Nautical Club, next to La Brigantine restaurant. Bring your swimwear, a towel and water. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance.
