Richesses sportives : Introductory paddleboarding session

For a day out, leave the mainland behind and set off to explore the La Croix-Valmer coastline. Hop on a stand-up paddleboard for a trip filled with discovery and good company. Standing on your board, moving to the rhythm of your paddle strokes, enjoy a unique vantage point over the landscapes of the La Croix-Valmer coastline. With its turquoise waters, coves and rugged coastline, this outing offers the chance to take the time to see the coast in a different light and fully savour the exceptional setting of the Mediterranean. Whether you’re already a keen stand-up paddleboarder or simply want to give it a go, this outing promises a lovely time in the great outdoors, right by the water’s edge. A board, a paddle, the Mediterranean as your playground… and La Croix-Valmer to explore from the sea! Activity organised by the Sports Department and the Municipal Sailing Club, in partnership with the La Croix-Valmer Tourist Office. Open to all; participants must be able to swim and have no shoulder problems Swimsuit / swimming shorts / lycra to protect against the sun. Life jackets will be provided Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. As this activity takes place at sea, the weather will be checked before the session and the activity may be cancelled depending on weather conditions.
