Now firmly established at the François Léotard Nature Base in Fréjus and along the trails of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, the Roc d’Azur has become the world’s leading mountain biking event. Every October, it brings together the entire cycling and mountain biking community, starting with thousands of amateur cyclists from all over France and more than 50 different countries. Taking place on Sunday, the Roc Trail will appeal both to trail-running enthusiasts discovering the Roc d’Azur through their favourite sport and to regular Roc participants looking to experience a new outdoor activity in an exceptional setting. Sport, nature, discovery, sharing, new encounters and personal challenge… all the ingredients are there to make this event a truly special part of the Roc d’Azur. With several distances to choose from, everyone can find a route to suit their level and ambitions. Hiking was introduced to the Roc d’Azur programme in 2023. Starting from Place Perrin in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, set off to discover the region’s magnificent landscapes. Whether you are walking solo, with friends or as a family, choose from the different routes on offer and explore the beauty and hidden gems of the Mediterranean coast, where striking red rocks contrast with the deep blue of the sea.
