Description
SOLUCOP is a trade show dedicated to condominium ownership that brings together condominium owners, professional and volunteer property managers, real estate managers, and property administrators, as well as the chairs and members of condominium boards, every year.
This regional event allows visitors to meet, all in one place, the full range of service providers involved in the management, maintenance, and renovation of multi-unit residential buildings. The sectors represented include energy-efficient renovation, service charge management, maintenance work, technical equipment, digital management solutions, as well as services related to comfort and safety in multi-unit housing.
The trade show features a conference program addressing regulatory changes, legal obligations, and technical challenges facing the sector. One morning is traditionally set aside for professionals, who can attend accredited training sessions. An advisory area, co-organized with the UNIS and FNAIM federations, offers free consultations on condominium law, energy savings, and legal matters. The event also brings together engineering firms, local governments, and public agencies committed to improving the quality of life in multi-unit housing.
SOLUCOP enables co-owners to get practical answers to better manage their properties, compare services, and learn about innovations in the sector. For professionals, it’s an opportunity to network with peers, expand their local network, and discover new tools. The trade show is held at the Palais Nikaia in Nice and is part of a national tour that stops in several major French cities.
