The Spa at La Lune de Mougins invites you to reconnect with well-being and serenity through a variety of facilities: our heated balneotherapy pool at the ideal temperature, a hammam, a sauna, a sensory shower for total relaxation, a cold bucket shower, a heated mosaic lounger, and a herbal tea area overlooking a beautiful exotic garden. For an even deeper sense of relaxation, our two treatment rooms welcome you for personalized care and massages, blending traditional and innovative techniques performed by experienced wellness professionals. Wearing a swimsuit is compulsory (swimming shorts prohibited), We provide towels, Our treatments are available by appointment only, Please come to reception 15 minutes before your treatment with proof of identity, In the case of cancellation or postponement, notify 24 hours in advance, No body care for pregnant women over 4 months.
