Rock, punk, and ’60s vibes: Stella Peel is a duo from Nice with British and American influences (PJ Harvey, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Sonic Youth…). Their short, energetic tracks blend rock and punk with a dash of ’60s flair, all recorded in Chicago by Steve Albini. Pop-folk and Eastern influences: Hailing from Marseille, this pop-folk duo stands out for its psychedelic and Eastern influences. Old Ships crafts dark, evocative music, blending guitars and machines, fueled by American influences and electronic textures.
